Sombra Cool Pain Relieving Gel is slightly different than the Sombra Wam Gel. Sombra Cool Gel contains Menthol (6%) in a pleasant, citrus gel base. This is perfect when you need to achieve pain relief quickly for an acute pain flare up, a bruise, a muscle strain, or other minor pain. 

Sombra Cool also contains aloe vera extract, which moisturizes the skin and helps get more menthol to the areas where you need it most.
