How would you like to sleep better, more comfortably, and with less neck pain?
Are you experiencing upper back pain, pain between shoulder blades, or a stiff neck?
If you are desperately looking for a way to get more sleep, or to sleep with less neck pain, then a fully-adjustable water pillow is the perfect solution.
Believe me, I know what you're going through.
I've had difficulty sleeping for years.
But thanks to my Chiroflow, I sleep much more soundly.
I wake up refreshed and alert, and I haven't taken a sleeping pill in months!
How does the Chiroflow Water Pillow work?
It has an insulated water bladder inside the pillow that instantly responds to changes in your sleeping position.
So you get exactly the support you need.
Too soft? Simply add more water.
Too firm? Simply drain a little out.
It's that simple!
Here's a tip: It's easier to fill the pillow than it is to empty it.
So when you first get it, fill it with one or two quarts of ordinary tap water, squeeze the air out, then try it for a few nights.
This Chiropractic Neck Pillow is Clinically Proven
The Chiroflow Water Pillow was studied in clinical trials at the Johns Hopkins Hospital and other medical centers.
In a number of different measures, this chiropractic neck pillow outperformed conventional pillows, providing dramatically higher sleep quality.
By using the Chiroflow Water Pillow, you will sleep better, with less neck and shoulder pain, fewer neck spasms, and fewer morning headaches.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much water do I put in the pillow?
Anywhere from a half a gallon to a gallon and a half will do.
If you are new to a water pillow, add a half a gallon of water, then use the pillow for a few days.
Add or remove water as needed until it's just right for you.
Is it easier to add water, or remove water?
It's definitely easier to add water than it is to remove water.
So we recommend starting with a small amount of water, then adding water over time until it's just right.
What's that swishing sound that I hear?
You should try to squeeze out as much air as possible before closing the valve. If not, you will hear the water swishing around inside the bladder.
Can I add hot or cold water to the pillow?
Cool water is a great idea, especially in the hot, humid summer months.
Warm water is fine, but we do not recommend adding extremely hot water to the pillow, as it may damage the rubber interior.
Will this pillow leak?
This pillow should not leak through normal use.
We do recommend keeping playful pets away from the pillow, as they can definitely puncture the pillow with their claws and teeth.
Is it heavy when filled with water?
Yes, the pillow can feel quite heavy.
Remember, a gallon of water weighs over 8 pounds, so a full Chiroflow could easily weigh 10 pounds or more.
Don't let the weight of the pillow disturb you.
If anything, a heavy pillow is an advantage because it stays in place while you sleep.
I want to take my pillow with me when I travel. Any suggestions?
If you want to take the pillow with you while traveling, note the amount of water in the pillow as you drain it before travel, then refill with that same amount when you arrive at your destination.
Or, try the travel version of this water pillow.
How often should I change the water?
We generally recommend washing and changing the water every 3-6 months.
How do I wash the Chiroflow?
This video describes our recommended approach for washing the Chiroflow:
How it Works
1. A layer of super-soft, hypo-allergenic DuPont® polyester fiber floats over top of the water layer and provides outstanding comfort.
2. A thermal insulator fully encases the water layer to prevent body heat from being drawn from the head, neck and shoulders. This is an essential component of the comfort of the pillow.
3. A water pouch secured to the base of the pillow provides the responsive head and neck support. Easy to follow instructions show how much water to add for soft, medium and firm support. Use ordinary tap water. No chemical additives are required.
