Believe me, I know what you're going through. I've had difficulty sleeping for years.
But thanks to my Chiroflow, I sleep much more soundly.
I wake up refreshed and alert, and I haven't taken a sleeping pill in months!
Chiroflow provides unmatched sleeping comfort thanks to a thermally-insulated water bladder that responds to changes in your sleeping position.
With this design, the pillow adjusts to the position of your head, so you're always fully supported and comfortable while you sleep.
The firmness of this water pillows is completely customizable.
So you get exactly the support you need by adjusting the amount of water in the bladder: soft, medium or firm.
Too soft? Simply add more water. Too firm? Simply drain a little out.
It's that simple!
Here's a tip: It's easier to fill the pillow than it is to empty it. So when you first get it, fill it with one or two quarts of water, squeeze the air out, then try it for a few nights.
Too soft? Add more. It's easy!
The pillow adjusts to YOU, even as you move and roll around while you sleep!
The Chiroflow Water Pillow accepts ordinary tap water.
No chemical additives are required.
The thermal insulator layer of this pillow prevents the water layer from heating up due to heat loss from the head and neck, keeping your water pillow cool and comfortable.
The Chiroflow Water Pillow was studied in clinical trials at the Johns Hopkins Hospital and other medical centers.
In a number of different measures, this chiropractic neck pillow outperformed conventional pillows, providing dramatically higher sleep quality.

As a recent customer told us:
The chiropillow is a wonderful thing. My husband is in rapture. He is sleeping with out waking with neck pain.
How much water do I put in the pillow?
The exact amount depends on your personal preferences. But generally speaking, anywhere from a half a gallon to a gallon and a half will do.
If you are new to a water pillow, add a half a gallon of water, then use the pillow for a few days. Add or remove water as needed until it's just right for you.
Is it easier to add water, or remove water?
It's definitely easier to add water than it is to remove water. So we recommend starting with a small amount of water, then adding water over time until it's just right.
What's that swishing sound that I hear?
You should try to squeeze out as much air as possible before closing the valve. If not, you will hear the water swishing around inside the bladder.
Can I add hot or cold water to the pillow?
Cool water is a great idea, especially in the hot, humid summer months.
Warm water is fine, but we do not recommend adding extremenly hot water to the pillow, as it may damage the rubber interior.
Will this pillow leak?
This pillow should not leak through normal use.
Is it heavy when filled with water?
Yes, the pillow can feel quite heavy. Remember, a gallon of water weighs over 8 pounds, so a full Chiroflow could easily weigh 10 pounds or more.
Don't let the weight of the pillow disturb you. If anything, a heavy pillow is an advantage becuase it stays in place while you sleep.
I want to take my pillow with me when I travel. Any suggestions?
If you want to take the pillow with you while traveling, note the amount of water in the pillow as you drain it before travel, then refill with that same amount when you arrive at your destination. Alternatively, try the travel version of this water pillow.
1. A layer of super-soft, hypo-allergenic DuPont® polyester fiber floats over top of the water layer and provides outstanding comfort.
2. A thermal insulator fully encases the water layer to prevent body heat from being drawn from the head, neck and shoulders. This is an essential component of the comfort of the pillow.
3. A water pouch secured to the base of the pillow provides the responsive head and neck support. Easy to follow instructions show how much water to add for soft, medium and firm support. Use ordinary tap water. No chemical additives are required.
